Job Description Performs moderately complex fabrication, modification, and assembly on various sheet metal parts under minimal supervision. Supports prototype and production builds. May work from limited documentation, diagrams, notes, prints, and or CAD files. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReads and interprets blueprints to accurately machine parts to specifications.Performs multiple operation set-ups and manages multiple machines.Performs routine set-ups and manages multiple machines.Works closely with other departments to solve planning, programming and quality issues.Follows safe operating procedures in the use of all tools and equipment.Performs part inspections.Lays out, rolls, forms, bends, fabricates, and installs sheet metal components.Safely sets up and operates shop equipment such as brakes, presses, rolls, shears and hand tools associated with sheet metal fabrication.Wears safety equipment as required and complies with safety guidelines and procedures.Produces a quality product consistently.Properly maintains shop tools and equipment.Maintains a neat, organized work area and helps with the general daily housekeeping of the department.Meets target hours and completes schedules as set by Supervision.Maintains regular attendance including being at work, being on time to work and working full shifts.Other duties as assigned. Summary of Education, Experience & Certification Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent and minimum of five year of CNC - Break Press and/or Punch Press Machining experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees working on programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations must qualify as a U.S Person which is defined as a U.S Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee for legal compliance purposes. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to communicate in English (read, write and verbally communicate).Ability to operate and maintain machine shop equipment including turret punch, press brake, water jet, and all hand tools.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.Mathematical knowledge and ability to apply towards problem solving.Ability to identify and operate proper tools for the task assigned.Ability to prioritize and manage time within a schedule driven environment.Ability to maintain high quality standards.Ability to work overtime as required. Physical Requirements Able to climb and work on step stools and/or ladders.Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance / Able to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Able to reach overhead.Able to work in a non-dust-free environment.Normal or corrected vision (required to perform exacting tasks).Full range of motion with both hands.Can work in stooping, kneeling, standing position and in cramped areas. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
