00 / hour Summary Responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support to the maintenance department Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following examples of duties and responsibilities illustrate the general range of tasks assigned to the position but are not intended to define the limits of required duties.

Provide general administrative support for department including typing, word processing, filing, scheduling, sending notifications, mail and answering phones Compose and type routine correspondence and maintain department bulletin boards Organize and maintain file system, file correspondence and other hard copy and digital records Edit and maintain procedures and ensure document control management per policy Department purchases, including requisitions and SES (service entry sheet) in SAP Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities, order meals and record and transcribe minutes of meetings Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials Comprise KPI data from within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), including updating and distributing all KPI (key performance indicators) spreadsheets and trackers and updating all visual management DWOR's (daily/weekly Operating Reports) Efficiently navigate and function within the CMMS; includes initiating service and purchase requests, editing and creating procedures and forms and electronically enter documents and records Maintain NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) calibrated equipment system record spreadsheet, track PM plans, serial numbers, model numbers and vendor contact information, request quotes for calibrations from vendors, and document all proof of calibration within the CMMS Manage P-card spending including balancing monthly statements and allocating costs appropriately within the web-based portal Maintain on-call, stand-by, and forced overtime work groups reports and ensure accuracy of data Serve as an interface between Maintenance and Engineering in SAP SAP (operational) administrator working in unison with IT technical administrator Work with training staff to facilitate and present training materials to employees for SAP Maintain and audit master data in accordance with REC Silicon guidelines and procedures and business best practices to ensure accuracy Create, edit, and train reporting structure in SAP for Maintenance KPIs, asset management, maintenance cost structure, and as required by management Train and support maintenance staff in the following areas:
locating documents & materials in SAP; reporting incidents & near misses; reporting structure in SAP for maintenance KPIs Qualifications Incumbents must have demonstrated knowledge and abilities in these areas.

Education and/or Experience Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma and one (1) year to three (3) years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe programs and the ability to learn new software Ability to work in a variety of programs such as SAP, ATR, Vanguard and Absorb Other Skills and Abilities Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to speak effectively before groups Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Ability to recognize and complete a task, with minimal direction or supervision Other duties as assigned by supervision These skills and abilities are typically acquired through a combination of education, experience and training.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
