oLeadership experience
oAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining detailed and focused
oEffective, thorough communicator with the ability to build trust with and teach others -lead by example with a what can I do for you approach and a proven, positive work ethic
oAbility to hold others accountable and to a high standard in a pleasant, helpful manner - constant, consistent coaching
oAbility to motivate and care for others - alert and receptive of others needs and concerns
oAbility to delegate based on others strengths
oAbility to get along with a wide variety of people
oRetail operations experience with proven exceptional customer service
oPhysically able to frequently lift and carry 20-50 pounds, bend, stoop, climb ladders continuously
oUnderstand and correct lifting and loading techniques, and the top of mind safety awareness management of others
oAbility to work weekends, evenings, and any business day
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
